Christine helped me after a cross country move and two months of crashing on people's futons and air mattresses. I felt completely relaxed after the massage and most of the pain from my bad sleeping arrangement was gone after a few days. She doesn't do a "one size fits all" approach; she caters the massage to fit your needs and frequently checks in. She is very knowledgeable and tells you what she's doing and why it will be helpful. She also helps with parking when she can if you decide to drive. I definitely recommend her if you're looking for a personalized massage.

Christine is a true master! She gave by far the best massage I have ever had! She really listened to my needs, and incorporated so many different elements to the massage. The products she used where mild and felt great.
Christine herself is very nice and friendly and made me feel really comfortable.
I will definetely be seeing Christine for all of my future massage needs!

Thank you for fixing me!!!
I am a runner and jacked up my hip while training for the SF marathon and have been limping around the past few days whilst trolling Yelp for a good sports massage, none really showed up. This surprised me for such an athletic city. I then perused the app looking for massage in my hood and came across Christine at BodySoulMassage and the reviews looked good and she listed sports massage--I called and Christine was able to accommodate me the next morning-score!
I found Christine to be friendly and professional with a clean studio space. We discussed what was ailing me and as soon as she got me on the table she was able to identify and work on my two problem areas and I mean really work. I was limping around because of knots in my piriformis that caused pain in my butt and hip flexor--I had no idea. Christine got right in there, always making sure the pressure and temperature was appropriate and that I felt comfortable before she proceeded---lucky for me I have no problem being naked and having my butt worked on---the pain went away almost instantly and I had free rein of my hip again. I can't thank her enough. She also educated my on body mechanics and recommended a few stretches. I will definitely be back!

I saw Christine this morning and am feeling better, for sure! My lower back has always given me problems and has been acting up due to stress. It has created sciatic pain and the nerves have been shooting down my hips and thighs.
I met with Christine and she gave me a deep tissue massage which has left me feeling A LOT better. I could barely bend over or stretch and now I feel ready to go to yoga again. She used pressure in all the right places, and was communicative when she used various techniques and pressure. She helped alleviate the pressure on my lower back, as well as my upper back. She even suggested yoga poses and stretches that would help in the future.
I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you Christine!!!

Christine was a life saver today! I've had a ridiculously sore lower back for days (actually screamed out in pain multiple times it got so bad) and she got right to the heart of the problem in a caring and thoughtful manner. She's a great listener, very professional, and wonderful at massage, particularly if you've got an injury. I'll definitely be going back.

Christine was amazing! After waking up with serious achy muscles I called her and she was able to fit me in right away. She made me feel comfortable right off the bat and truly cares about the well being of her clients. I feel so much better and will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend you go see Christine. She even used hot stones!
